The international hiring season has officially begun. TNA Sports Agency is recruiting qualified Tennis Coaches for partner academies in Dubai, with the new season starting in September. Opportunities may also be available in Shanghai, China. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality tennis coaching sessions at a partner academy in Dubai
- Coach players across age groups and ability levels, from development to performance
- Plan and structure training programmes aligned with academy standards
- Support player development, assessment and progression
- Represent the academy professionally with players, parents and staff
Requirements
- Recognised tennis coaching qualification (e.g. ITF, PTR, USPTA, RPT or national equivalent)
- Proven experience coaching tennis at academy, club or performance level
- Strong communication skills in English
- Availability to start with the new season in September
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE
Qualifications
- International coaching experience
- Experience working in high-performance or academy environments
- Additional languages (an advantage in an international academy setting)
- Strength & conditioning or player-development specialisation
