Part-Time Football Coach (U5–U16)
Pan Arab Sports Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Part-Time Football Coach to join our coaching team and work with young players aged U5–U16. Schedule: Monday to Thursday. Contract: Temporary / Contract-Based.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate football training sessions
- Develop players' technical skills, tactical understanding, fitness, and teamwork
- Maintain accurate attendance records
- Communicate professionally with players and parents
- Ensure proper use and management of equipment and training facilities
- Provide constructive feedback on player development
- Follow all child safeguarding and academy policies
Requirements
- AFC C License / FA Level 2 / equivalent coaching qualification
- Minimum 2 years of football coaching experience
- Availability to work Monday to Thursday
- Valid Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
- UAE Driving Licence is preferred (not mandatory)
Qualifications
- Malayalam – preferred
- Hindi – preferred
- Good communication skills in English
Skills
- Experience coaching children between U5–U16
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for youth football development
- Previous experience working in a football academy or sports organisation
