Razel Omondi and Trevor Nasasiro came off the bench like superheroes — scoring the goals that not only secured our first win in Group B, but also helped patch up that 8–0 crater the seniors left behind against Senegal in the international friendly.
If the seniors opened a floodgate, the Junior Stars U-17s showed up with sandbags.
If the seniors gave us heartbreak, these boys just gave us HOPE.
Truly, there is still hope in the youthful players.
