Responsibilities
- Conduct private and group padel coaching sessions for adult players.
- Assess players' skill levels and develop personalised training plans based on their goals and abilities.
- Teach and demonstrate proper padel techniques, tactics, positioning and game strategies.
- Adapt coaching methods to suit beginners, intermediate players and different learning styles.
- Provide constructive feedback and monitor players' progress.
- Create engaging and enjoyable sessions that encourage players to improve their skills and confidence.
- Ensure coaching sessions are conducted in a safe, professional and positive environment.
- Communicate professionally with club members and provide a high level of customer service.
Requirements
- Experience coaching adult players at beginner to intermediate levels.
- Strong understanding of padel techniques, tactics, positioning and game strategy.
- Ability to plan and deliver structured lessons tailored to different skill levels and individual needs.
- Good physical fitness and confident on-court demonstration skills.
- English communication skills are preferred, particularly when working with international clients.
